Please understand, the fewer the days the more difficult it will be to accomplish the milestones you are striving to achieve. 

 

As you begin your preparation phase, start by brainstorming and establishing your milestones to be S.M.A.R.T. Make them Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Time-based. It is recommended to always set minor milestones while working towards the highest milestone. This will prevent any type of relapse and going back to old habits. Choose wisely on your commitment and let' s dominate our year of working out together.
