  • Using a Doube dip bar
 
  • Plac your hands on the bench shoulder with apart in a stable position 
 
  • Without locking out your elbow slowly come downward at a 90 degree or with your shoulders slightly passing your elbow 
 
  • Repeat after completing the repetition at the starting position
