  • Using a barbell

  • Safely move underneath the bar on a rack, place the barbell on your back

  • Move slightly backward in a stable position feet shoulder width apart



  • Push upward onto your toes and slowly back down towards the floor

  • After your heels have touched the floor repeat process after every complete repetition
