Tips
  • Using an EZ Bar

 

  • Placing your hands slightly wider than shoulder width apart 

 

  • While lowering the EZ bar keep the elbows locked into place for safety   

 

  • With a tight and secure grip slowly bring the EZ bar behind your head or toward your head until your wrist slightly pass your elbow and extend back up

 

  • If you have no activation with a stationary elbow, slightly being the elbow downward without going below the armpit

 

  • Same motion applies
