Tips
-
Using Dumbbells and a bench
-
With a comfortable working weight
-
Lay on the bench with your face up holding the dumbbells with an overhand grip at chest level
-
Safely push the dumbbells up toward the ceiling slowly
-
Without locking out your elbows/ hyper-extending your elbow
-
While keeping tension, slowly bring the dumbbells down toward your chest to complete your repetition
-
Once completing a repetition repeat process
