Tips
  • Using Dumbbells and a bench 

 

  • With a comfortable working weight 

 

  • Lay on the bench with your face up holding the dumbbells with an overhand grip at chest level 

 

  • Safely push the dumbbells up toward the ceiling slowly  

 

  • Without locking out your elbows/ hyper-extending your elbow 

 

  • While keeping tension, slowly bring the dumbbells down toward your chest to complete your repetition

 

  • Once completing a repetition repeat process
