  • Using Leg Press Machine


  • With a comfortable working weight 


  • Place your feet shoulder width apart 


  • Safely release the plate loaded platform 


  • Keeping your legs slightly bent in a stable position 


  • In your stable position slowly move downward on your heel coming to a 90-degree angle


  • While coming down keep your glutes and lower against the pads through each phase of motion 


  • Push upward squeezing your glutes and pushing your knees outward
