  • Using Dumbbells 


  • With a comfortable working weight 


  • Keeping your feet fully on the floor


  • Hold the dumbbells slightly shoulder-width apart and slowly come down toward the floor 


  • After gently moving below shoulder level push the dumbbells back up for a complete repetition


  • Once completing a repetition repeat process
