Tips
  • Using a hyper-extension machine 

  • Adjust the hip placement pads comfortably in the pelvis area

  • In a safe and comfortable position, find your normal posture position 

  • Moving downward to 90 degree bend, slowly moving upward to normal posture position 

  • NO NOT hyperextend your lower back 

  • After reaching starting position, repeat the process
